Welcome to the early beta testing phase of our new app, designed to enhance both in-person and remote sessions. Whether you are a Movement Professional or a Client, your feedback at this early stage is critical to helping us guide the development of this platform.

*Please note that as a young Beta app, you will encounter minimal functionality and some defects—That’s why we want your insights to help us fix them and guide our future growth.

Onboarding for Movement Professionals

Thank you for testing our new app and being an integral part of our development.  The app has minimal functionality and a few defects, but we want to get the app into your hands early to get your feedback.  You are one of a select few whose feedback we want to bake into the DNA of this young app.

Use these instructions to:

  • Download the app

  • Create a login as a Movement Professional

  • Start using the app with your Clients

Download from the App Store

Android, search for “FRB2” in the Google Play Store - Apple, search for “FRB1” in the App Store

Sign Up for an Account

Click on the “Sign Up” button to create a new Movement Professional account.

Invite your Clients to Download

Clients go to the same links to the app stores (Client Onboarding).  The app is free and available for download.  The app will display the name “FRB2” or “FRB1” with the Neuflect logo.

Sign Up & Connect to You

Clients click on the “Sign Up” button to create a new account AS A CLIENT.  They must connect their account to yours by finding you in the directory / list on the app.

NOTE:  To see new Clients, you MUST first terminate the app on your device and then re-start the app.  This refreshes the directory and allows you to see your client in the list.

Thank you for your help in testing a new app designed to offer new points of view during your sessions with your Movement Professional, either in-person or remotely. 

You will notice that that the app has minimal functionality and a few defects – you are an early testers of the first beta version.  Our team who is building the app wants your feedback at this early stage to help guide the development of the app.  Your insights are critical to their success.


Use these instructions to:

  • Download the app

  • Create a Client account

  • Select your Movement Professional

  • Start using the app

Select a Movement Professional

As you create your account the app requires that you link to a Movement Professional.  Please search for your Movement Professional in the directory and link your accounts.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We are in the early beta testing phase of the first version. The app currently has minimal functionality and a few defects because we want to get it into your hands early to "bake" your expert feedback into the DNA of the app as it grows.

  • The app name may appear differently depending on your device. On Apple, search the App Store for "FRB1". On Android, search the Google Play Store for "FRB2". In both stores, look for the Neuflect logo to ensure you have the right one.

  • During the sign-up process, Clients must select "Sign Up" as a Client and then find their specific Movement Professional in the app directory/list to link the accounts.

  • If your client just created a new client account and you don’t see them in your client list, you must terminate the app on your device and then re-start it. This manual restart refreshes the directory and allows the app to display your newly linked Clients.

  • Yes! The app is designed to provide new points of view during your training sessions, whether you are meeting with in-person or working together remotely.

  • Since this is a beta app with very basic features, getting stuck is normal. If you encounter any issues, please email support@neuflect.com for help. You are also encouraged to visit our feedback webpage as often as you like to share your experiences.
